• No speaking 'on behalf of' an organisation without its authority.
• No forged, spoofed or misleading sender or spokesperson identities.

Harm, harassment and manipulation

• No harassment, targeted defamation, threats or smear content aimed at a specific individual.
• No political or electoral manipulation, voter suppression or deceptive campaign material.
• No adult or sexually explicit material, and nothing involving minors.
• No content that promotes discrimination, violence or illegal activity.

Legal and regulated conduct

• No unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or counterfeit content, or content that violates third-party IP or privacy rights.
• No evasion of the rules that apply to regulated industries or of any applicable disclosure obligations.
• No use that breaches sanctions, export controls or other applicable law.

Reporting and enforcement
