Content License

You keep ownership of what you submit

Brand materials, logos, facts and any other content you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to generate the output you request.

Processing and retention

• We use your submitted content only to produce your requested output and to operate the service.
• Submitted content is cleared from active cache by default 30 days after generation.
• We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party public models outside what is needed to deliver your output.

Output

Subject to your payment being current and to these terms, you may use the output you generate for your own communications. Because output is an AI first draft, you are responsible for confirming you hold the necessary rights and licences — including for any third-party names, marks, images or quotes — before publishing.

Your warranties

You confirm you have the rights to the materials you upload and that your use of the output will comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Governing law is England and Wales.
