Subscriptions and cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
• After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Unused allowance in a period is not refundable and does not carry over.

When we offer refunds

• If you were charged in error or double-charged, contact us and we will correct it.
• Where a mandatory consumer-protection right applies, we honour it.
• If the service was materially unavailable due to our fault for a sustained period, contact us to discuss a fair remedy.

Quality of output

Because output quality depends on the situation you describe and on required human verification, dissatisfaction with a generated draft is addressed first by regeneration and support rather than a refund. Our team will help you get a better result.

How to request

Email support@nextjensec.shopwith your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Guidance is aligned with Stripe’s published refund and dispute practices. Governing law is England and Wales.
